Meet Our Therapist

Audrey Arbuckle, LMT Indiana, MT21003329, BCMT, has her diploma as Dalton Master Myoskeletal Therapist (MMT) through the Freedom from Pain Institute located in Oklahoma City, OK.  Dalton Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy was created by Structural Integrationist, Erik Dalton, PhD.  It is a unique hands-on bodywork system that is designed to restore function, relieve pain, rebalance, and reeducate the body.  Audrey has been a Board-Certified Massage therapist since 2007.  She is an Alumna of Cortiva Institute Chicago School of Massage Therapy, which was in downtown Chicago.  She graduated in 2007 and relocated to Fishers, IN in 2009, opening Integrative Massage Therapy within Fall Creek Chiropractic in Fishers, Indiana in September of 2010. Audrey is certified in Graston Technique, along with level 1 of Physiokinetix, through The Human Temple Performance Center in Knoxville, TN, spear headed by Paul Kelly, BS, CPT, LMT, MPKT.   Audrey also holds certifications in both Infant and Pediatric massage, Cupping, Level 1 Body Tempering, CPR/AED and has received her national personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, NASM.   Pain prevention and early recognition of common strain patterns before they become pain patterns is her goal.   Through structural assessment, customizing therapy sessions, and active participation from the client, goals can be achieved.  Clinical therapeutic sessions may be accompanied with heat, cryotherapy, and stretching/strengthening.  Audrey has had experience in both clinical and spa settings within her career.  She has mastered the ability to fuse both elements into her massage therapy sessions.  Audrey has a philanthropic heart, that she brings to the table.  When she is not busy making people feel better, she spends her free time at the gym, studying or with her husband outside in nature.
